i don't agree with a time adjustment. There are too many factors in a race. Just don't allow them to be used for a qualifier and be done with it.
also, be ready for all those races to magically now only have 1499 ft of elevation loss.

Race courses must be certified by USATF to be boston qualifiers, they can't magically change their claimed elevation loss to get under the threshold. Now if they choose to change their route and get recertified, cool.
