Walked 5-6 miles (10 to 12 thousand steps) the past 4 days, tentatively ran a few steps tonight. Side of my hip felt stiff but not really painful. If I feel the same or better tomorrow will try to run somewhere between 3 to 6 miles. Wish me luck!
