Edit: Also forgot, GF and I are doing Peloton meditation together first thing each morning around 5:30 am. Today was Metta mediation.
Yesterday's meditations had Little John as the guide. Little John was giving mantras to use during the meditation. I expected it to be terrible - it wasn't bad. lol.
