3.5 mile progression run

Using a Garmin Coach plan and I have no idea why there was no long run today...5 weeks from half marathon race day.

Plano running club 10k, with a one mile warm-up. Decent result today.

Our overall winner is almost 65, ran 38:17. Same guy just ran sub 1:20 in Austin last weekend in the formerly 3M Half Marathon.

It was easier than I expected, and with the lighter days this week recovering from the hamstring pull Garmin changed my status to "peaking". Funny enough Garmin has never given me a status of peaking for races

You might be right!

Also now I feel like a total doofus because I forgot temporarily that my training plan and race day don't match up perfectly - there's a lag of 2 weeks. So this must have been a mid-plan deload. I've just been adding on 1-2 miles to my long runs. I can only see 1 week in advance - next Saturday is back to a long run and the rest of the week looks pretty typical (1 easy, 2 speedwork).
