10 mile run this morning. Hit 2k miles for the year
Kids have been asking me to take part in workouts so on Monday I introduced them to basic lifts (deadlifts, squats, and bench presses). They are excited to do it again, so this afternoon I am going to try expanding it a bit to be pseudo circuit training (kid appropriate of course). Cardio warm up then cycle through the above lifts, body weight exercises, and some basic plyometrics.
