and "great shape" is such a generalized term. What do you really want to do? I've always been active to some degree, but my goals have varied over the years. Currently, at 48, I lift 4 times a week with my 15 year old son, who is just now starting his journey into powerlifting. I don't compete, haven't for years, but we do the same workouts mostly, and I chase numbers with him, as it gives me something to work towards. I don't go all out anymore and I listen to my body and know when to back off, but I'll do it as long as my body continues to cooperate.P.U.T.U said:1997aggies said:

I never got New Year's resolutions, if it is important enough to do why not start now? Large part of the reason 80-90% of them fail.
