A Nike Run Club intervals workout with 5 x 5:00 @ 10k pace. I was at about 9:15-9:45 min/mile pace for those but the NRC tracking seems wonky. I run Strava at the same time for more accuracy. Ended up being about 3.84 miles in 39:28 incl. warm-up and recovery intervals.(slow runner)
Still thinking about a half but I want to get a 10 mile run under my belt with no pain before registering.
