Chicago Marathon. Tougher than I thought it would be, maybe a bit warm at 59F. Quads were shot for the last 6 miles, faded late but hung for about a 2 min PR at 3:37:24.

Also Chicago Marathon. Pace was all over the place but I never let the 3:30 pacer pull away from me. Ended with a 3:29:33, 27 seconds faster than my target time and a 20 minute PR.

Well done! That was my original goal. Garmin GPS was a mess (kind of expected that) and pretty useless for pacing.

Also Chicago marathon! 2:50:52. Missed a PR by about a minute but had a :30 bathroom break at mile 6.

Also didn't run the middle miles fast enough as I closed with a 5:49 pace final 1.2 miles. Too much left in the tank!

Great race Sooner Born. I knew you were fast, but damn.

Wish I could pee in 30 sec, those days are long gone. My stop was a bit longer.

Nice. We would have been good training partners if my genetics and efficiency curve had agreed with all of the prediction/training/pace info. Alas, that's why I have switched to T&F after 7 marathons.

5 miles up and around Enchanted Rock. Running Palo Duro Canyon Trail race next Saturday so staying rested.
