Looking for any connections to a Hyperbaric Specialist in South Africa (Durban specifically). I have a friend who is sick after a dive. Thanks for any help.

Have you tried calling DAN? They may be able to help find a chamber nearby. If a US citizen, can call the embassy. I know the Navy has chambers in a few places in Africa. However I'm not sure how close to South Africa.

DAN has a South Africa specific site/number to call - 0800-020-111 (within South Africa)

Thanks for the information. He is currently at the only DAN-accredited site in Durban but continues to have severe symptoms in between hyperbaric treatments.
