Right into the workout: 50 mins time cap:
Run 1 mile
50 shoulder to overhead 65# sandbag
75 bent over rows with sandbag
200 push-ups
300 air squats
Run 1 mile
Can break up the middle reps in any way that totals up, not including the mile run to start and finish.
100 sit-ups core work
Run 1 mile
