I started working with a trainer and not only has leg day been kicking my ass, but it also makes me feel really nauseous for about an hour or two. Crystallized ginger has always been my go-to for nausea, but I don't want all that sugar.
This is my leg day routine:Aggie_Boomin 21 said:
Is it during, after, or both?
Can't say I've ever experienced this.
Honestly? Other than the above advice….maybe drop the reverse lunges? You're getting an amazing workout with the rest of them for your entire lower bodyRyan the Temp said:This is my leg day routine:Aggie_Boomin 21 said:

- Angled leg press
- Prone hamstring machine
- Leg extension machine
- Seated plate calf raises
- Smith machine reverse lunges
The nausea usually sets in about halfway through the reverse lunges.
Nah it is only 300mg not as much as some other supplements.Ragoo said:
I basically only drink water with a NUUN tablet added. I am doing 1-2 hrs of intense workouts every day. Is that too much salt?
No finer words ever said to those who enjoy powerlifting.94chem said:
More rest between sets. No need to make weight day into a HIIT day.
I disagree but Tonal programs pretty much set my pace.. I love lifting day being cardio as well.94chem said:

Be careful. The hardcore runners on here will tell you that you just never built your aerobic base, and if your heart rate goes over 130 on your long runs, you'll never realize your potential.
