As long as you realize (and you totally may) that it is not a complete protein. If it is more protein you need and you are taking it before bed, I'd suggest taking casein protein before bed. It is complete, slow digesting (great for when you sleep) and helps to make up for any loss of protein. The powder is great, but casein is also in Greek yogurt, milk and cottage cheese.10andBOUNCE said:

I've unfortunately had a bad history with whey and casein protein powders. Stomach doesn't tolerate it very well. I mainly throw it in with the magnesium at night since it mixes well versus a chalky powder.
