I recently kind of got tired of lifting weights and going to the gym. My wife having a new baby has a lot to do with that I'm sure. I've been getting into calisthenics recently and really enjoying it and seeing decent results. Doing a lot of push-ups, pull-ups, and squats. Still trying to get into the gym from time to time to pull a sled though.

Anyone else into calisthenics?

No but I am also interested in this.

And also that crazy looking "animal movement" idea.

When I've been at my most fit I've been doing a daily 10 minute HIIT calisthenics set. I really like doing it as a first positive momentum of the day to get the blood going. Not sure how optimized this set is but it works for me.

3x no break until done, number indicates the set:
Pull-ups (Max reps by set 1. Wide grip, 2. Normal Grip, 3. Chin Up)
Air Squat (1. 25, 2. 25, 3. 25)
Push-ups (1. 34, 2. 33, 3. 33)
Abs (1. 40 crunch, 2. 20x 4 count either Tail gunners or Flutter Kicks, 3. End with forearm plank hold until 2 minutes or failure)

Look around for a 1960's TV for help.
