Body weight circuit. Zwift 30 min training. Slept in an extra hour and was still really feeling whipped when I got up. AMAZING how much better you feel after pushing through a workout!
Track night...1200 warm-up. 4 x 400 @ 5k pace 4 x 400 @ 5k + 100 recoveries 4 x 800 @ 5k (had to slow it down to 10k pace) 2 x 200 @ 3k-5k + 200 recoveries
