How long do you want to ignore this user?
Bought one about 2 weeks ago and loving this thing. My wife actually fought over who was going to squeeze in a workout before dinner (I lost).

I'm a big fatty (305 lbs) but I can jog and walk on the tread without the problems I experience when I try to do this outside. The rubberized slats and the overall stability of the machine continue to impress me. The app is impressive and very addictive.

I love the bootcamp classes and will usually do a bootcamp or a run combined with a strength class. In just 2 weeks, I am seeing strong trends in my output, total calories burned and even seeing a downward trend in average heart rate.

...and overall, I just feel better after getting my arse off the couch.

If anyone has any questions about the Tread, feel free to post them here or PM me.

Random question. If you put it on an incline of 5, can you measure how tall it is? In my workout area in the basement the ceiling drops a little where my current treadmill is for an AC duct.

Sure thing...when I get home I'll give you 0%, 5% and the max 15%...do you want me to include the rubber mat that it sits on as well?

Mine sits on hardwood so I use the mat, but if you have carpet, I'm sure there would be some give.

Here are the measurements based on the top of the screen to the floor.

0% 74in
5% 77in
15% 81in

More importantly though is the height of the tread deck + your height. At 5% incline, the tread deck is between 12-13" off the ground.

Thanks so much for that. Where my head would be I have a higher ceiling it is just shorter at the front.

Just so you know, the calibration of the Tread on installation requires it to be raised to its full incline--the top of the screen from the ground is the measurement that matters.
