meant with no offense, but i'm shocked how little some of y'all weighed coming out of HS. i hit my growth spurt in 8th grade and pretty much maintained 180 all through HS.

Had the same thought. I was always a tall kid (6' by 7th grade) so I always forget how much less shorter people weigh.

yeah. i was king of the mountain 7th grade to 10th grade. then it all hit a wall and never got an ounce better or faster at anything, no matter my training.

7th -10th grade i was an offensive lineman and anchor leg of both relays. problem is that while a 53-55 second 400 was awesome in 8th grade, it does not jive with varsity times and i never got any faster than that. i couldn't even peak in HS.

Graduated HS around 155
Since then I've bounced around between 135 and 220, but spent most of the time between 175 and 200.

Currently 185 and on the way down, I want to maintain 175 or even break into the 160s for a while and see if that helps some chronic stress injuries.

165lbs, 6'3" @ 41 - Two kids under two

I gained about 10 lbs my fish year at A&M due to LOTS of miles on the bike. Gained a bit more as I entered my late 30s and pretty much hover between 165 - 170. If I could ride / run regularly, I'd try to keep in the low 160s.

John Madden said, "Its not what you weigh; its how you play!" I'll follow that advice and just say I play reasonably well, depending on the activity.

Seriously, at about 6' even (maybe a short 6) somewhere in the 150s-160s through my jr. year. Started to add muscle and weight my sr. year and especially my frosh year in college. Now, let's just say a lot more than that. I'd be comfortable around 210 or so and am looking at getting there by the end of the summer.

Graduated in '98. Probably low 140s. Peaked at 162 about 12 years ago. 142-145 the past 10 years.
Doing some work around the house and found some "old" photos. I didn't realize how fluffy I looked in my mid-20s. At 38 I am certainly in better shape now. Although not as strong since I was lifting a lot back then.

Oh, 5' 8" with shoes on.

How long do you want to ignore this user?
-Probably 180-185 graduating HS and going into college
-Graduated college 175-180 but much leaner than entering college
-8 months after graduation probably back to the 185 range but body comp severely worse... More fat less muscle.
-8 months later was 167 lbs and the strongest I'd ever been. By far the best I ever looked with a shirt off.

Last 6 years I have bounced around a little but overall slowly crept up to 185-190 range. Not looking so good with the shirt off anymore. Need to get back to 175 range but I just have a very strong passion for large amounts of food and beer.

wow. That foot growth had to be strange during those HS days.

I grew gradual, kind of wish I had a big jump. Would have been neat.
