Yesterday, I got a late start as I had to run a workout.
It was hot and sunny, and we started out fast. But by mile 6 I felt horrible. I couldn't get my breath and had to walk. HR in the 170s at a "slow" pace. I walked. Then ran and less than 3/4 of a mile same issue. It kept happening. I told my partner to go ahead as I was killing his run. I ended up walking .1 running .4 and at the end of the run part I felt like I had been sprinting. I stopped and got water and had .65 miles to get to 12 and call it a day. That .65 miles was slow as hell and yet when I stopped at a light I was having trouble keeping my breath.
Any thing like this happen to anyone else? Just one of those days?
I have to make up 5 today so instead of 8 I'm doing 13.
