Work weight on flat bench is now up to 225. Two plates is fun. Also got my new jump rope in the mail on Friday so I'm starting to work in a minute of jump rope between sets to get the heart rate up. Probably going to start working in a jump rope circuit in the afternoons a few times a week.
After my Sunday "active rest" day (walked to and from church in the gorgeous weather, 1.1 miles each way) workout streak is now up to 17 days. I weigh 3.0 pounds less than I did seven days ago.
