I know you said 3, but if you are interested in 4 you should join our team. TBird-Fly is on it. The lady who runs it said because of demand it is harder to get on your requested team if you were not already on there. We won this past one, which I thought was pretty cool. The team is The Denominators if you are interested.

I just signed up solo for 3 day: ChadD06. Want to do 4 day but with my work schedule I could easily only be home 3 days a week. Maybe by the next challenge I'll go hard like Nitro and do two rides back-to-back

The Denominators led wire to wire, too! Pretty incredible group. Got stronger as the challenge got harder. That was a helluva lot of fun. Already looking forward to the World Tour challenge next month with y'all.

Appreciate the offer, but my work and kids are too unpredictable to commit to that much. I'd hate to be a drag on the group. I did see y'all on top of thy Leaderboard last go round. Pretty cool! And now I have something to aspire to.

I'm on 3-93, formerly The Honor Rollers.

It was my first challenge, and I think the team's first challenge together. We finished in the 80s so we're not competitive. Maybe we'll lose some of the slackers and move up but it's not like we're shooting for the championship. Come on and join! It was definitely a positive experience.

I did Becs 45min Halloween run from last year and it seems like it was super fun. I had easy miles, so I just enjoyed the music and Becs in a clown costume

This was my first PZ ride with my new zones, so I found this ride to be fairly challenging. This has been said ad nauseum, but I really like the power zone training structure. At this point, I don't even really entertain doing other classes.

Just for curiosity's sake, I went back and looked at my first FTP test compared to my latest. I showed a 33% performance improvement from 03.20.19 to 10.17.20. It is pretty cool to go back and see how far you have come regardless where you start.

In just a couple weeks I think my FTP has increased drastically, I find myself hanging out at the upper threshold of each zone and could easily work in the next. I think I'll test again in the next week. I also prefer the PZ training structure to the rest but I enjoy them all.

I can't handle other classes after doing PZ for so long. I need the structured workout. I do wish there were more PZ Max classes of various length and just in general.

I would like to see a 60-75 min PZ Max class and a 75-90 PZ class. I also would like to see CVV come back and do some classes. He grew on me, and I enjoyed his classes and stories when he came in monthly.

I have never taken the CVV classes. Are they PZ based?

On another note, I often wonder how close the 20 minute estimate is to doing an actual 60 minute test. I don't think I could hold my my average output corresponding to my current FTP for an hour. That sounds pretty....terrible

His earlier ones he took a "scaled down" version of some sections of his rides when he was competing. It wasn't exactly PZ based, but it wasn't completely off base either. They were unique rides that I enjoyed.

With that being said, the last several he did were completely PZ based.
