He may have been doing 30 but crossed over almost 2 lanes and clipped a truck in the far right lane. There may have been alcohol involved with the driver of this vehicle. The other driver was fine and clear. He stuck around and helped.

Tow trucks got there before HPD! And driver was removed before HPD got there. He should be ok until the draw blood

Car should be totaled, but it's Houston, so they'll cut the fender, tape the hood down, and it'll be back on 59 by Monday.
