I was cruising around 65-70mph this morning on the Katy Freeway about to exit and hear something loud approaching from behind thinking bike and then this guy passed me! I was a little shocked this thing could move at what looked like 75+ mph. I've seen these before but not familiar with them. Modified? What exactly is it make/model?

Honda Acty is a common model and lots are Subarus; I've wondered if you could put a WRX drive train in one.

I saw a ton on a recent trip to Vancouver Canada. You can get the Subarus with a 73hp supercharged motor.
