I missed your post. Enjoy the fuel efficiency with these high fuel prices. I paid a little over 100 Euros to fill the vehicle I recently rented, and it was getting 35+ MPG.

I reserved a mid-size through Thrifty last week to pick up at Hobby, ended up with a RAM 2500. They did ask if a "big pickup" was OK with me when I picked up since that was all that was available at the time. Since I am a big dude and I drive a truck anyway I took it, still don't like the dash-mounted dial shifter in those things though. It was fun in the parking garage in Galveston, but no issues.

Had one of those a while back.
