If you can, have the dealer collect the taxes for Texas and send them in instead of you having to pay them out of pocket. The dealer I went to in Colorado would not let me pay the Texas taxes myself. They said they had to collect a sales tax and if it wasn't for Texas it would have to be Colorado tax.a07nathanb said:
