Daughter got in an accident last week and damaged the front of her car. The front bumper and grill are loose and the front frame slight pushed in so the hood won't set flush with car when closed (but it is secure).

Should I just do some online "damaged car" sales or could I actually sell this private party for more to someone who wants.

it's in great driving condition and has no mechanical flaws... just cosmetic and slightly altered front frame part.

and yeah hood and front fender are different than original due to previous accident of other daughter when a deer leaped into that side from side of road at night.

Also - maybe a local shop can repair cheap? junk yard parts - doesn't look that serious. Was the hood paint already like that?
