Seems the ones I buy keep crapping after 3-4 years. Tired of replacing them. Especially when trying to diagnose something.

Preferably not Bluetooth as that's just another point of failure IMO

Do you want something that will only read OBD data or something that can read codes from all the other modules in the car? What's your budget?

Talks to the M3 and Range Rover very nicely. There are better, brand specific, tools for each, but this one does _most_ things well enough and it is convenient to have one tool that can talk to lots of brands.
