Does something like this exist? They all list load ranges and max psi, and truck list loads and recommended psi, but is there tables that give loads at different psi's?

Because the door jamb, especially on pickups. gives inflation for max load.

Not at max load, you don't need max inflation

They exist and I do the same when I tow our TT

Exists on newerish cars. Not on older ones.

Check manufacturers specs for your tire and size, although I think I only found the table for our RV tires. I don't ever run any if my tires at max because I am never heavy that heavy, which makes for a rough ride. Also have TPMS on truck and trailer to monitor temp and pressure.

Door jamb is also not correct if you change tire size or load range.

The tire manufacturer website should have a table for the right pressure for a given size/load range/corner load. If I recall this is actually the same regardless of manufacturer or model. The above website might have a section that does the same thing.

Chalk test!

Get a nice visible sidewalk chalk and color a 2" band across the tread of your tire.
Drive over it, observe pattern.
You want it to wear uniformly; increase or decrease air pressure as needed.
