A phone call does not count. Did they agree to the bottom line amount in writing?Kvwina said:
Yes! They agreed to it from the first phone call. They sent me an email with the contract to have all of the demands in writing. They told me they couldn't take a deposit over the phone, and would do everything in person once we arrived, as the car would 100% be held for us.
