No blinkers or high beams. I put a new multifunction switch on, no change. Fuse and relays all seem good. Not sure were to go from here? Help?

Id go Ford
Probably a bad TIPM. Those were notorious for failing in that generation Dodge/chrysler product.Tanglewood 84 said:

Put sticks in the wiper blade place, and glue some to the windshield. The friction could cause a fire to start, which is how lots of Dodges die anyway. Is yours an Outdoorsman?
It's a ranch truck so it could find itself in a pasture fire on any given day.
Sorry, that was not nice. I hate electrical problems and hope you get it straightened out.

Hope it works out for you, but those are classic failed TIPM symptoms. It's an extremely common failure on the 2012 models. Really piss poor design from Dodge/Chrysler. Most electronics in those generations run thru the TIPM which has non-user serviceable relays soldered to the board. There's only 10 serviceable relays and they're mostly for powertrain, starter, and hvac systems.Tanglewood 84 said:txyaloo said:Probably a bad TIPM. Going to do a hard rest tomorrow but I suspect it's a faulty ground wire in some obscure location.

For some reason my old version of AllData doesn't have wiring diagrams for that year dodge truck. Might be worth buying a sub to alldatadiy or mitchell1 to get the diagrams

Do you have a rain sensor? If so, is it possible that's wonky?
If you can find someone with a prosumer or professional scan tool that has a network map, you may be able to see if one of the CAN networks is down. A generic bluetooth obdii scanner won't generally show that info. If it's down, you should have issues communicating with other modules on that same network.Tanglewood 84 said:txyaloo said:Hope it works out for you, but those are classic failed TIPM symptoms. Thanks for your input. I was hoping against this solution, but it is more than likely my final destination on this issue. I received some advise that a broken data line would cause the TIPM to default to the wipers running continuously. If that is the case the TIPM will not fix my problem and I'm out about $400. I hate electrical shorts! Thanks again for you help.

If you're in college station area I've got a tool that will help you chase down shorts or grounding problems, it will also test relays and other components. Just let me know if you want to borrow it.
