Thanks for the help on this thread. We decided to hold off on a new car and instead bought a lot to build a house on in a few years. I think by that time the GX will have a totally redesigned exterior.

GX460s are slow outdated tanks.

Lexus customer service is unparalleled and by all accounts it will make for an almost indestructible off-road toy whenever Lexus does a real refresh.

0% driver fun (on road)
100% dependable

Fast enough acceleration for a mid size SUV for most. Very comfortable.
