I was in the corps so I get to blame that for my low gpa. Partied my ass off in reality. Was never the academic sort and my real learning came after college.

But my buddies who had high GPAs are all highly successful. It opened many doors for them as they were used to working hard in college, which translated to their first jobs.

"Keep your nose to the grindstone and out of the pills" will always equal some sort of success.

Who cares whether it was 1.9 or a 3.9? And if the dude has legitimately made it and can afford that car, isn't there something way cooler he could brag about in those 6-7 characters, or perhaps just let the car do his talking? It just seems like he needs to let it go. Yep he had way more fun in school than the 3.9 crowd and is now way more successful than many of them too, but drop the GPA stick, it's stupid and seems small. Nope. This is way more hilarious.

As far as classy, one of my managers years ago made fun of me for having two Texas A&M stickers on my car. His way of thinking was that only a license plate frame was allowed. Stickers were tacky.

He and I were both interested in BMWs but since he was 15 years older, he had owned a couple while it was still just a dream for me.

When I did finally get my BMW M3, I decided to just go with one Texas A&M sticker. In hindsight, getting a 2.5 GPA license plate would have been funny but, a BMW, even an M, is nowhere near Ferrari level.

On The 405 this morning, I passed a guy in a Porsche Taycan Turbo, his license plate said IMTHNDR. 1.5 GPA would have been a much better choice.
