Any recommendations on a shop in Houston that does drive shaft work? I tore up both front and rear driveshaft on my JK during a recent outing. Replacing the stock rear with a 1350 but I wanted to see about getting the 1310 I have for the front re-balanced before possibly going the 1350 route in the front as well.

These guys are down south near me. They built my drive shaft when I built the suspension on my TJ and did a great job.

I've had Northwest Drivetrain do work and balance the front driveshaft on my YJ. Quick turnaround and a reasonable price.Also carry spicer ujoints.

Thanks for the replies and info. AAE and C&T are on the wrong side of town for me (I should have been more specific). Google highlighted Northwest and it's in the right location for me but their website looked more like commercial trucking. It's good to know they will service Jeeps as well.

Northwest Drivetrain

Stay away from Houston Drivetrain Services...they told me a brand new rebuilt wobbling driveshaft was "precision high speed balanced"

Lonestar Ring & Pinion - Eric O'Sullivan. Out in Katy area. Came highly recommended by a buddy that uses him for all axel work on his big mud trucks and Jeeps. He has our JK right now doing a lift and lockers.
