As for the boat, seems like overkill in most circumstances, but it's definitely sweet as hell. I'd take that beech on some serious fishing trips.

It might help keep them from shuttling stuff across open water in 70mph bass boats they've stolen from the American side, but you can bet once it is deployed, the cartel will have people paid to keep an eye on it and call its position out regularly.

I call BS on 12" draft. Maybe at full speed, but they had better not slow down or turn.

NO WAY it drafts 12". It is a standard V-hull, almost like a Carolina style offshore hull. There's not even a pocket or tunnel because here are 3 outboards? At rest, it probably drafts 2 feet at least.

On plane, it MIGHT draft 1 foot...PLUS the skeg length of the lowest mounted outboard, so about 18 inches. I'm sure you can blast it over a gravel bar or something with enough momentum and smash up the props, and make it through a foot of water for about 50 feet or so.
