Total fail in that I don't have a pic to attach, but I saw the oddest thing this morning. Southbound on central expressway was a navy blue Rolls Royce convertible (that I feel sure cost more than my house), top down on a bluebird day, and at the wheel was an older white dude...who was wearing a baseball cap with a bill on it that had bedazzled all to hell and back. I swear there wasn't a square millimeter on the bill of that cap that wasn't covered with rhinestones and bling of some sort. It was probably the classiest, most elegant car I've ever seen, combined with the trashiest, least elegant ball cap on the planet.
quote:Entirely possible. I don't recall seeing the gray goatee or lamb chops, but I'll be honest the gorgeous car and ridiculous hat were occupying most of my attention at the time.
Possibly Don Knobler? Has an office at 75/Knox-ish. Eccentric car-collecting old guy.

Saw this on the Tollway today at lunch. I don't know LCs that well, but it was pretty rigged out. I couldn't get a pic of the snorkel on the passenger side. Craziest thing was the lady diving it looked more like she belonged in a knitting club.
