My wife and I passed by this development this past weekend. We're looking to buy a waterfront lot to build on later. Does anyone have any info on this place? Anything that would be good to know? The number on the website is out of service. That's kind of a red flag.

I don't think of Port Lavaca as a vacation getaway type of place.

Sunrise, captains cove, or the lots for sale on Keller Bay on 172 would be better if your married to the area.
