Anybody got any recs? Looking for about a week rental to get away (condos okay, too).

Starkey Properties has a gazillion houses and condos. We got one down on 11th by the beach access road a couple of years ago. We spend 8 hours a day on the beach, so a gulf view is not as important as a swimming pool for the kids. Nice big 2 bedroom/ 2 bath home.

May I recommend Island Retreat? It is not the newest but it is the least expensive of those condos that have a gulf view and you can walk to the beach. be sure you book Island Retreat II as those have the direct beach view.
They have efficiencies (up to 4 guests $145), 1 Br (up to 4 guests $215), 2BR (Up to 6 guests $245), 3 BR (Up to 8 guests $300, Penthouses (Up to 8 guests $400). If you book 7 nights, the 7th night is free so if you booked a 2BR for 7 nights, it would sleep 6 and cost you $1,470 + tax. That's as good as you'll find on the beach in the summer. They have 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball, BarBQ pits. Very nice staff.
