Newbie to saltwater fishing. I see these guys wading in the surf when im driving on the seawall and I was hoping to figure out what their using? Artificials? What about the guys on the Jetties?

It depends what they're fishing for. Often they'll use live bait (shrimp, croaker), but it just depends what they are fishing for and what they're hitting.
