I dropped a reel off with these guys in early July because it was acting up. They told me it'd be first of August before it'd be done. I called a couple of days into August, they told me it'd be a couple of more days. Then again, a couple of more days, then again. I called today and he said the part he ordered was delivered to the old address and it'd be the end of the week before they got the part and had me ready to go. I told him I have a two day trip planned next Monday and Tuesday and I need it back by then and he said he make sure I was taken care of. I'm a little worried, but they came highly recommended and the owner seems like a nice guy. Should I be worried? Come this weekend, should my reel not be ready, what should I demand/expect for my trip?

i office in la marque and never have heard of them, but i am new to la marque but not houston

They are located in Gulfway Plaza at the southwest intersection of I45 and Delany Road/Century Blvd.

Yeah, that big shopping center where the bingo is... at the very south end of it.

They are right near the Texas Parks & Wildlife office.
I just picked up 2 of the 3 reels I dropped off for cleaning almost 2 months ago.

When I dropped them off they told me they would get right on them and I told them I was not in a real rush to get them back so there was no hurry.
They said it didn't matter--they would get them back to me in a timely manner. 6 weeks later I heard nothing from them.
I called and one reel was sent off to see if they would fix it under warranty and they wouldn't--so it was garbage.
The other 2 they weren't quite finished with them YET!!

Seem like nice guys but I wasn't impressed by the service.
