My son is getting married in CC and we need a place for the rehearsal dinner. Any suggestion? Nothing too fancy, keeping it casual!

The wedding is at Cornerstone church, reception at the Ortiz Center.

I highly recommend Cancun, a Mexican food restaurant at the corner of Flour Bluff and 358. It's a short drive from the church where the rehearsal will be. The pastor and likely several members of the wedding party will know where it is located. It's good food with good prices. Call ahead and have them reserve an area for the wedding party.

My brother had his on the second floor of Water Street. Great private room and good food.

Go check out Pier 99 in the Bluff. It's a pretty good place. My brother had his rehearsal dinner there.

My sister had hers' on the fantail of the Lex. I don't remember the food if it was what the Lex did or we brought it in. Pretty neat experience from what I remember. We had beers and it was about 7 years ago.
