Thinking of buying a lot on Crystal Beach but it has a house in really bad condition that needs to be demolished. Anyone know of any companies than can do this for me for a good price?

American International will do it for free. Had them do several in our neighborhood. Need owners name, address, phone number and physical address of property at beach. They pull the pilings out, break up the slab and level the lot. They are a non profit service organization and do very good work. I believe they have their trailer set up by the community center.
