I know that Yaga's is open and they had a calendar posted with bands when I went down during Spring Break.

I also see bands are scheduled at Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe.

As for just bars, I am not sure but I know these are open.

I'm a big fan of Connolly's Corner, and O'Mally's is a couple of doors down. Post Office street.
