Burgerland (as mentioned above)
Fish Fry

Those are a few of the local a establishments, however, there are plenty of chain restaurants as well.

Ag2dabone - what team are you with? I am from Mt Pleasant - I have a son still in it, but his team is playing in Texarkana (12u).

I would agree with most of the ones stated above. I would also add that some of the best BBQ in texas is in Cooper (right down the road) - Fat Boys BBQ
