Are there any notoriously bad signals in the Golden Triangle?

Also, are Beaumont questions appropriate for the Gulf Coast Board or the East Texas Board?

Seems like either would work, but the GC board seems more Coastal Bend than anything.

This is typically for anywhere north of Lufkin over to Canton. Most of the posters are from Tyler and Longview, which is pretty far from Beaumont.

And what you're telling me is that this is more the "North East Texas Board" than a true East Texas Board?

Lufkin is what...like 150 miles from the coast? And while we are freaking at it tyler and Longview is not considered deep east texas. Thats is the lufkin/nacogdoches area.

Anything south of I-10 is gulf coast. I think Beaumont straddles the region. Silsbee which is just North of Beaumont is definitely piney woods east Texas.

Nacogdoches / Lufkin is central east Texas.

"Deep East Texas" is Central / South East Texas.

The bulk of the "piney woods" is primarily in Central / South East Texas.

I had to laugh once at a girl from Center who remarked that the Big Thicket "reminded her of East Texas"
