I like Chito's, personally, but, admittedly, I have not tried all Midland has to offer.

I like La Mision south of Downtown Midland on Big Spring for Fajitas. They also have a daily buffet at lunch if you want to try almost all they make.

If you haven't had a Torta Sandwich go to Martinez Bakery. We like the Brisket with cheese or Ham with cheese. The best sandwich in Midland. Get some Horchata to drink and don't forget to get a Cream cheese Empanada for dessert.

Favorite? Not sure, but these are my favorites: La Mission, Martinez Bakery, Jorge's, Gerardo's, La Bodega and Abuelo's. I live on the north side, so weekends and dinner out, it's usually Jorge's. Work on the south side, so lunch is usually La Mission.

El Banquete is the best Mexican food in midland by far. It's my favorite in the entire state

La Mission, Dos Compadres, Caramba's, and Abuelo's are my favorites.

And Rosa's or Jumburrito if you need that quick fix

Unless it has changed a lot in the last couple of years, I have always thought the Midland Abuelo's was terrible. I like Lubbock's but not Midland's for whatever reason. But to each their own, and many people must like it because they stay pretty busy. I like several of the places named on here, but my wife and I (my wife is from the RGV) tend to end up at La Herradura, Gerrardo's, or Jorge's (I like their barbacoa).

Casa Del Sol and Cancun Grill are two of my favorites. Lots of options. Everyone will have their favorite.

Knew you would like that.

I am in Midland 2 days per week and SA has at least 5 better than Midland's best.

San Angelo has always had best steaks and Mexican food, however steaks have slipped a bit recently.

When Karen and Paul closed Zentner's the Steaks in town did drop. Twin Mtn is OK and Western Skies, though not as good as it used to be when Margaret Heinen still owned it.

ZD's sucks IMHO. Maybe it is the iTT ownership!

Original Zentner's had Aggie Connections with Bob being family (c/o '50).

As far as Mexican, Franco's now is my fav.

Just wish I had a choice here in E. TN!
