...SUX. Very poor service. They killed 1/3 of my yard and keep telling me it is dormant. I asked how they fertilize and they told me through visual inspection and university guidelines. Which one UTPB? The service techs are only trained in safe chemical handling. They wanted to charge me for a soil sample when I asked how they were going to fix it. Then they wanted to charge me to aeriate it. I have talked to call centers till I am blue in the face. Always going to have someone call me. After a week the area manager called wanted to give me a free treatment. I fired them while talking to him. He is goofy. Talked to another customer rep today and the manager is supposed to call me. Told me my next treatment would be free. The area manager I talked to Thursday turned out to be a production manager for Midland/Odessa. I am sick of them. They do get really nice when I ask them about their liability insurance and how do I file on them for damages. Maybe that is why they keep calling me. Pi$$es me off when I look at my yard. I have 16 palm trees that luckily, they did not kill.
