Does seem to be a disconnect. I assume that the black track and the associated black track intensities represents the average of all the tracks and intensities in the ensemble models.

That's really a hell of an upgrade by percentage.
Rafael's forecast in the Gulf of Mexico becomes more tricky - there is a very strong correlation between its latitude and intensity.
