Her family were good friends of ours for years growing up. My dad and her dad were big in LL baseball down in LJ growing up, her dad was mayor of LJ for a while as well. Her mom and my mom are still close.

There's been whispers here and there, but nothing substantiated until recently (October of last year she was suspended). And rumblings are that her husband might end up getting charges as well. You can use your imagination I guess.

They have a kid too, younger one. Crap story all around.

B'wood has had some issues with faculty of recent - band director was suspended because it turns out he was pounding vodka out of his water bottle, an elementary special ed teacher is under investigation for abuse and there was another one that I can't remember now that happened as well.

rumor is a medical report was made not long after the incident (presumably from one of the times a phallic object was used) that will be added to evidence. teacher rejected her plea deal so i imagine all kinds of spicy details will emerge
