Brooks Place @ 529 and Barker...if you can call it a "food truck". Phenomenal BBQ and 10% off if you are carrying a firearm or have LTC. Him being a Cowboys fan might turn some people off, but the Texans are hot garbage and have only given the city heartbreak since their inception, so...meh.

He's always packin. Has chased down thieves who stole grills from the Ace Hardware that sublets his parking lot space to him. Has a sign that says you won't be served if you can't pull your pants up or wear non-revealing clothes. And the BBQ is amazing.
