Man, looking at that timeline, I remember this board talking about the Houston cop who committed suicide when he was charged in that case. Crazy how things went from there.

* boy came back one day after he was reported missing
* mom and son had multiple encounters with police; gave fake names
* mom said reported sightings of her son were actually her nephew
* DA has declined charges for false report
* Rudy has been put into contact with adult protective services
Maybe it's just me, but the guy seemed to imply that there wasn't any sexual abuse.

Also, nothing from Rudy's interview with detectives has given rise to criminal charges at this time. No evidence of sexual abuse. The house had been search a multiple occasions and nothing from those searches revealed any criminality.Anti-taxxer said:

I think the kid and mom are both head cases and have been doing this together. Not sure what they were getting out of it. The mom was a complete attention ***** though so she was probably addicted to that aspect of it. On that FB group they've managed to track down about a dozen accounts she was running under various names pretending to be other people
Don't forget dad was HPD and perhaps that complicates things further w DA, etc.

I felt dirty reading it after a few minutes. And those people were from all over the country; pretty sure some of them think that every mexican woman on Facebook is the mom.
That mom is a scammer and is eventually going to be charged with fraud or something. The whole family looks to be all about lies and deception.
