You guys were very helpful offering some recommendations for tree removal. Hoping you can offer some good recs for companies that will replace AC units and ductwork.

We're looking to upgrade (ours is 25 years old), and we'd like to get it done before it breaks down in the 100+ degree heat. Anyone done it recently and was impressed by a company? Or on the flip side....anyone we should stay away from?

I think we know what we want - dual zone AC, most likely a Trane.

Another recommendation for Wise Guys. They just did our upstairs unit and we will almost certainly have them come back to do the downstairs unit when we have to replace that one.

Do they work in Katy? Upstairs AC coil is shot I believe.
