As stated in two previous post. Jason Duke at Infinity Roofing is the man. A good Aggie and very knowledgeable regarding the roofing business. My elderly father in law thought he need a roof, Jason came out and discovered he only need a minor repair of less than $200. Several others wanted to put a new roof on the home. You can do no better than Jason. Check his numerous post on TexAgs regarding answers to roofing problems and questions.

We have a 3 year old house in Cypress, sprung a leak during yesterday's monsoon with 4 inches in an hour with drips coming out of a ceiling fan.

Is this something you could help troubleshoot and fix?

We noticed water coming from under this pipe.

She did? I didn't speak to anyone. Did she call the 0099 number or the main office. If you call the main office she may just get whoever. Call me directly, I have a guy I can get you set up with directly through me.

Yes, I do. If it's outside 4 hours drive from Houston or San Antonio, like Dallas, Colorado, Florida, Montana, etc, then I'm still heavily involved but I generally will have to send one of our local reps or project managers to help me out. I can't get there in a timely fashion.
